Also adds agent instructions to CLAUDE.md: keep README.hu.md in sync with README.md, and translate for a native Hungarian reader rather than word-for-word.

Checks (CI/CodeQL) on their own line, separate from informational badges (release/Docker/license/maintained). CLAUDE.md now also tells agents to keep README.hu.md in sync with README.md and translate naturally, not word-for-word.
