chore: move example app into apps/example

Depends on #1585, the isolated Xcode shared-pointer compatibility fix. Followed by #1583 (benchmark app) and #1584 (version guard).

Summary

Move the existing example app from example/ to apps/example/ without adding performance infrastructure or changing app dependencies or behavior.

Update workspace/release paths, Metro and native dependency paths, CocoaPods lockfile paths, CI/Harness workflows, Dependabot, ignore rules, and contributor documentation.

The diff against its prerequisite contains only the move and required path updates.

Validation

• Package builds, example TypeScript, and example ESLint pass.
• Frozen Bun install passes without dependency version changes.
• React Native autolinking resolves the moved app and all three local native packages.
• Android dependency paths and Xcode project syntax validated.
• Native build and Harness CI are rerunning on the updated stack.
