feat(i18n): add Hungarian locale - #1918

- add Hungarian (hu) to the supported languages
- register Language::Hungarian in src/i18n.rs
- add hu to locale detection and supported locale resolution
- include Hungarian in the language selector choices
- add data/locales/hu.json to the locale catalog
- update i18n test coverage to include the new locale
create Hungarian language file: hu.json
Translate new strings
Add Hungarian formatted messages, counts, dates, installer and provider catalogs; group digits with a no-break space; lowercase error details after a colon; restore the language menu order; add Magyar to Settings search, the desktop entry and the documentation.

Strata gains a hu locale (lgse/strata#1918), bringing the interface to 13 languages. List Magyar after Français, matching the app's own order and label, and update the FAQ and test count.
