Face the Top Side is a gate action provided on any gate that is placed on a pipe which requires a direction to be set to operate and the top is a valid one.
When the action is activated, the pipe its placed on will set the Top as its direction. This means that the pipe will sends its contents in the up direction or the pipe will complete its in world operations upwards.
