/dottie/ (new, dottie/index.html)

One page built on the site's design system: frame.css, portfolio.css, one inline style block and frame.js. Everything is self-hosted and CSP-safe, with no new dependencies.

• Title card: DOTTIE on the one-point field, "Install scout" and GitHub buttons, then a chapter index with seven entries.
• 01 Platform: the four parts (scout, the router, System One, dottie-os) with their repo paths, and the loop: route → execute → record → mine → retrain → gate → serve.
• 02 scout: the CLI, with facts from its README (60+ plugins, default deny, meta-MCP, measured runs). The uv install and real commands sit in a terminal block with a copy button. Links to dottie/tree/main/apps/scout-cli.
• 03 The router:
  • The decision order drawn as a one-point-perspective inline SVG: hard constraints → heuristic → learned only if gated → escalate only on a recorded insufficiency.
  • The three backends: heuristic authoritative; learned MLP and System One advisory.
  • The latest recorded evaluation, from the checked-in eval_report.json: learned candidate and heuristic tied at 83.6% on 61 measured held-out goals. A tie does not pass the gate, so the heuristic stayed.
  • The unification and training loop are marked in progress (One router: dottie_loop.router, System One backend, traces and the router training loop dottie#58).
• 04 System One: Choice, Score and Noul as three instrument frames. They show what /decide actually returns with no checkpoint loaded (mode: untrained, uniform), so no numbers are invented. shape_concentration = maxᵢ p is explained. The page never says "confidence" or "calibrated".
• 05 dottie-os: the local sidecar boundary diagram (loopback 127.0.0.1:8770, tailnet), the schema refusal facts (422 / 413), where it lives, and a real request and response pair, generated from serve_decide.decide and rounded.
• 06 The hive: labelled "Designed · not built", with the planned file layout.
• 07 Status: Shipped, In progress, and The rules: no auto-promote, no synthetic champions, no calibration claims, no champion without a measurement.
• End card: GitHub button, and "Console · coming soon" as plain text. os.jcamd.com gets wired after arxiviq: reading-room redesign, and a static edition generated from the Next pages dottie#57 merges.
• Social card: assets/og/og-dottie.png (1200×630), rendered from the page with Playwright.

Home and shared chrome

• Dottie frame: links to /dottie/, keeps the repository link, and now includes the router, System One and dottie-os.
• scout-cli frame: renamed scout (Dottie's CLI). Links to /dottie/#scout and github.com/jcdavis131/dottie/tree/main/apps/scout-cli.
• Arxiviq frame: removed, along with its ledger entry. The frames are renumbered to three ("Three things…"), the ledger renumbered, and the meta descriptions updated.
• Header and footer: Dottie added on the right of the header, so there are three links a side, and in the footer. Applied on home, graphify, chips and 404.

Checks and docs

• scripts/smoke.py covers dottie/index.html (page, sitemap, OG image on disk).
  • It requires the /dottie/, dottie repo and scout tree links.
  • It checks every same-site link resolves to a file and every #anchor to an id.
  • It flags links to the superseded scout-cli repo.
• sitemap.xml gains /dottie/, and the README gets a row for it.

Verification

• python3 scripts/smoke.py → smoke ok: 22 links, 5 required present, no retired hosts, 5 pages checked. It catches a deliberately broken #anchor.
• Playwright full-page screenshots of /dottie/, /, /graphify/, /chips/ and 404 at 1440×900 and 390×844, light and dark: no horizontal scroll and no console errors on any new or changed page.
• Keyboard focus order was checked, with a visible focus ring. Motion only runs when reduced motion is off.
