jcdavis131/dottie#58 (the unified router, traces and training loop) and jcdavis131/dottie#59 (the console build) are merged, and https://os.jcamd.com is live. /, /conductor, /hive, /dottie and /starter all return 200.

What changed on /dottie/

  • Status → Shipped:
    • One router: a single policy in dottie-loop for scout and jarvisd. The heuristic decides; the learned MLP and System One are advisory.
    • The console: os.jcamd.com, with Conductor and Pair. They show offline until paired with a running jarvisd.
  • Status → In progress: the training loop now reads "the commands are in; the first training run on real traces happens on the GPU host". Checkpoints and the hive are unchanged.
  • Router chapter: "traces feed the next model" now says scout and jarvisd route through the one policy and lists the scout router pack/train/eval/promote commands.
  • End card: "Console · coming soon" becomes an Open the console button. The unused .soon style is removed.

The diff against master is one file. The branch also carries a history-only merge of the already-merged #21 branch, done without a force-push.

Verification

  • python3 scripts/smoke.py → smoke ok: 22 links, 5 required present, no retired hosts, 5 pages checked.
  • Playwright screenshots of the end card and status panel at 1440 and 390: symmetric button pair, no overflow.

Family: move onto the shared frame and themes

Aliases the drafting-board tokens onto the shared palette so the page follows
light/dark, swaps heavy borders and block shadows for hairlines, sets titles
and labels in the display face, and centres the hero as a title card with
an on-page contents row. Shared header/footer; all tool behaviour unchanged.

canvases re-declare the dark token set so they stay composed as screens.

Remove the Family page from jcamd.com

Drops /family/ and everything only it used (family-app.js, family.css,
site.css, site.js, its social card and screenshots), the Lab card, the
footer links on every page, the sitemap entry and the smoke checks. The
Lab grid goes to two columns so the remaining cards sit symmetric, and
/family redirects to the home page so old links don't 404.

Move the vector games from the work frames into the Lab

Vector Hoops and the vector game suite leave the flagship sequence (now
four frames: Atlas, Dottie, scout-cli, Arxiviq). The Lab gets a
'The vector games' group linking dumbmodel.com: Hoops as a full-width
feature card, then Gridiron, Pitch, Equities and Unified two by two, each
linking its live site. Graphify and Chips follow under 'Tools'. Arcade is
left out: its host is retired and /arcade already redirects to Hoops.

One composed page in the site's design: a title card, a chapter index, a
one-point-perspective drawing of the router's decision order, three
instrument frames for Choice / Score / Noul showing what /decide returns
with no checkpoint loaded, the local sidecar boundary, the hive as a
design, and a ledger of what is shipped, in progress, and the rules.
The console is shown as coming soon, without a link, until it resolves.

Dottie now folds in the router and System One and links to /dottie/.
scout is described as Dottie's CLI and links to apps/scout-cli in the
monorepo (the standalone repository is superseded). The Arxiviq frame and
ledger entry are removed while arxiviq.com serves the dottie-os console;
frames renumber to three. Dottie joins the header (three links a side)
and the footer on every page.

smoke.py now covers dottie/index.html, requires the Dottie and scout
links, resolves every same-site link and #anchor to a page and an id, and
flags links to the superseded scout-cli repository. Sitemap gains
/dottie/. Six small JPEG screenshots in docs/redesign.

and dottie#59 (the console on os.jcamd.com) are merged and live. Move the
router and console from In progress to Shipped, describe the training
commands as in with the first real run on the GPU host still ahead, and
replace the 'coming soon' placeholder with an 'Open the console' link.
