Ignore stale Bluetooth loads.

setInterval(load, 10_000) can start a second request before the first completes. The requests update panel state in completion order, so an older response can overwrite newer Bluetooth data. Track the latest request independently of the unmount guard.

In the BluetoothPanel load function, prevent overlapping requests from applying
stale results: track each request with a monotonically increasing identifier
independent of the mounted guard, and only update state when the component is
mounted and the request is still the latest, including in the error path.

Use an effect-local active flag for StrictMode replay.

BluetoothPanel is rendered under the application's StrictMode root. In development, React replays this effect. Cleanup sets mounted.current to false, and the replayed setup does not reset it. The new 10-second loads can therefore fetch data but discard every response at if (!mounted.current) return;.

The same ref bug existed in the pre-existing one-time load, so this PR does not introduce the root cause. It prevents the new polling behavior in development. Use an effect-local flag so each setup starts active and cleanup invalidates only requests from that setup. This is a minor development-only issue, not a major production failure.

Update the effect in BluetoothPanel to use an effect-local active flag instead
of the mounted ref, so each setup starts active and cleanup invalidates only
requests from that setup. Use the flag to guard response handling and error
updates, and set it inactive during cleanup while preserving the polling
interval cleanup.

Ignore responses from superseded Wi-Fi loads.

The interval can start a second load() before the first response settles. The first response can then finish last and overwrite newer Wi-Fi and access-point state. The panel can show stale data until a later poll completes.

Track the latest request independently of the mounted flag:

This ordering check is separate from the StrictMode mounted-state correction.

Update the Wi-Fi panel’s `load` function to ignore responses from superseded
requests: track each request with a monotonically increasing identifier
independent of `mounted`, and before updating Wi-Fi, access-point, or error
state, require both that the component is mounted and that the request is still
latest. Apply the same check in the catch path so an older failed request cannot
overwrite newer state.

Use an effect-local active flag for StrictMode replay.

main.tsx renders the application under StrictMode. Cleanup sets the component-scoped mounted.current to false, but the replayed effect does not reset it. The initial load and every 10-second load therefore discard their responses in the development build. This ref issue predates the PR, but the new polling path inherits it.
