Handset probe: taos-kiosk.service alone marks a DESK as a phone; require plasma-mobile.service too in hardware._detect_device_class and session-mode availability - #3967
CARD TITLE (intent, not commit subject): Handset probe: taos-kiosk.service alone marks a DESK as a phone; require plasma-mobile.service too in hardware._detect_device_class and session-mode availability
Autonomous build of board card tsk-l6jtud.
Fix handset probe: require both kiosk and plasma units for mobile device class
Before this fix, a desk machine set up with taos-kiosk.service (which
kiosk-setup.sh writes on any machine) was incorrectly treated as a
taOSmobile handset. The defect affected:
hardware._detect_device_class() returning "mobile" for desks
routes.system._session_mode_state() reporting available:true for desks
Consumers: frameworks.recommended_framework, middleware/security_headers.py,
routes/settings.py BLE extras, desktop/src/lib/mobile-shell.ts
Fix:
hardware._detect_device_class(): return "mobile" only when BOTH
systemctl cat taos-kiosk.service AND systemctl cat plasma-mobile.service
return rc 0. Updated docstring.
routes.system._session_mode_state(): available=True only when BOTH units
in _SESSION_UNITS exist. Updated AVAILABILITY comment.

Docs-Reviewed: updated docs/agent-coordination.md to reflect that _detect_device_class now checks both units
Handset detection and session-mode availability now require both kiosk and Plasma Mobile services to be present. Devices with only the kiosk service are no longer identified as handsets or reported as session-mode capable.

Clarified the service requirements for handset detection.

Docs-Reviewed: updated docs/agent-coordination.md to reflect that _detect_device_class now checks both units
Device-class detection and session-mode availability now require both taos-kiosk.service and plasma-mobile.service. Tests cover detection results and session-mode behavior when either unit is missing.
Session-mode availability requires both units. Tests verify that missing Plasma Mobile yields an unavailable state and a 404 response to a Plasma mode request. The changelog records the requirement.
On an upgraded kiosk-only desk, a hardware detection failure can temporarily retain the old mobile classification. This is a narrow fallback case, but it should be corrected or accepted before merging.

_detect_device_class and _session_mode_state both now need kiosk AND plasma units; desk test red-first + handset/no-kiosk controls present; picoclaw fake systemctl updated so the mobile build still resolves mobile.
Nit (deferrable): from unittest.mock import patch is unused in tests/test_device_class_probe.py.
Known follow-up, already carded and held: tsk-ssninx moves _detect_device_class to a /etc/taos/device-class marker (a handset image without Plasma Mobile would read as a desk under this rule); session-mode keeps the plasma requirement.

Preserve the cache when class detection is unavailable.
A stale cached "mobile" class can reach get_hardware_profile() when another detector raises. However, calling _detect_device_class() in that fallback is unsafe because it returns None both for a confirmed kiosk-only desk and for an unavailable systemctl probe. Use a tri-state result and update device_class only when the probe completes. Preserve the cached value when the probe is unavailable.
