…est (#12084) #12053 prepended open_to_triage and triage_to_start to PRT_SLA_SPANS, so the positional PRT_SLA_SPANS[0]/[1] lookups in throughput-sla.test.js now hit the new collecting-only spans and server-tests has been red on v5 since b592ab0. Look spans up by key so the test is order-independent. Signed-off-by: scanner <scanner@hive.kubestellar.io> Co-authored-by: scanner <scanner@hive.kubestellar.io>
Remaining parts A and D of #11998 (B/C already landed via #12009/#12007). Empty SLA tiles now show what they wait for; the two missing spans get tiles (no target) and per-repo columns are derived from the span list.
Closes #11998
