## Unreleased

## v0.18.3 — 2026-10-16

- Consolidate test coverage owners and current test/install walkthroughs. Remove
duplicate startup/package-text checks, historical plugin-file absence checks,
repeated contrast assertions and an obsolete permanently skipped HUD case.
Keep manifest validation, actual installed verifier checks and recording regressions.

- Recheck PTY readiness after observing command completion before closing the
retained slave copies. A previously empty poll could be stale if a command
wrote and finished while the recorder was descheduled, still losing output
on macOS. A deterministic scheduling regression covers that exact window.
- v0.18.2 was published, then marked prerelease after this remaining loss was
found by native CI. It is superseded; its original tag and evidence remain.

## v0.18.2 — 2026-10-16

v0.18.1 was tagged but its macOS recording tests blocked publication; no

- **[操作者手冊](USER-GUIDE.md)** — for the person *using* RedLog rather than building it: the first ten minutes, what each screen answers, how to wire the three capture sources that matter, how to export. 繁體中文, like the interface.
- **Picking the work up?** Work is specified and tracked in [`specs/`](../specs/) (Spec Kit — one directory per change, each with spec, plan, tasks and verification); the rules every change is checked against are in [`.specify/memory/constitution.md`](../.specify/memory/constitution.md). [Architecture](ARCHITECTURE.md) is the current map of the code, and [Testing](TESTING.md) lists every config option with the test that proves it.
