Summary

These changes prepare the 2.6.0 App Store release. Each changed path is a Linux-only path, so the macOS tests do not run.

What's New

• The changelog lines that start with "- Please" ask testers to check something. App Store users cannot act on them. changelog.store_notes removes them from the What's New text that submit_appstore_release.py takes from the changelog. The TestFlight notes still have them.
• When the run creates the version, the script now always uses the changelog text. App Store Connect can copy What's New from the version before it, and the script would have kept that old text.
• The 2.6.0 What's New will be the five lines of its changelog section without the two "Please" lines.

• 10-export-history-light joins the App Store set, after the lab panel detail. The set now has six images. test_the_repo_manifest_is_the_approved_set pins the new set.

Docs

• The runbook and AGENTS.md give the new What's New rules and the "- Please" rule for the changelog.

Verification

• uv run ruff format --check . && uv run ruff check . && uv run mypy && uv run pytest -rs: 324 passed, 0 skipped.
• New tests: the requests to testers are left out; a line that only starts like "Please" stays; a section of requests only gives empty text; a created version replaces a copied What's New.
• uv run scripts/changelog.py check passes.
• I printed the 2.6.0 What's New from the release commit's changelog. It has five lines, and no "Please" line.
