Adds a structured store field to every resupply point in data/resupply.json (full | limited | meals | none), emitted as <tn:store> beside <tn:acceptsBoxes>, with stats.resupply.byStore and boxOnly in meta.json.

  • Totals: 45 full, 26 limited, 10 meals-only, 1 box-only (Lake Coleridge).
  • Where the South Island NOBO planner sheet disagreed with the notes, the store kind was researched from current sources: Havelock full, Boyle Village limited, Lake Hāwea full (FreshChoice opened Oct 2024); Bluff and Hanmer stay full. Notes for Lake Hāwea, Hanmer, Boyle and Havelock are rewritten to match, with sources added.

Consumed by trail-maps' resupply planner (eamon-b/trail-maps#236).

Every point in data/resupply.json now carries a required `store`:
full, limited, meals or none. `type` (town/resupply/food) only hinted at
it, and could not tell a box-only stop like Boyle Village from a café.

The build refuses a point without a valid value and publishes it as
<tn:store> in the same extensions block as acceptsBoxes, on both the
place and its turnoff. Stats gain byStore and boxOnly, and the README
counts come from them.

South Island values follow the owner's hand-made planner; the North
Island and Picton are classified from each point's notes and want
checking.

Where the hand-made planner contradicts a point's own notes, the notes
win:

- Havelock: full -> limited ("Small Four Square").
- Lake Hāwea: limited -> full (FreshChoice on Bodkin St).
- Boyle Village: none -> meals (the centre holds boxes and "sells
  basic food").

Bluff and Hanmer Springs, a town whose only shop is a Four Square, stay
full, the same as Waipu and Bulls. The README now gets "1 sells" right.

- Havelock: limited -> full. The small Four Square is what most walkers
stock the Richmond Range carry from.
- Boyle Village: meals -> limited. The centre's shop carries
freeze-dried meals, pasta, rice and oats: a top-up, not a resupply.
  It still takes boxes.

Rewrites the notes for Lake Hāwea (FreshChoice opened Oct 2024; the
store was Sailz), Hanmer Springs (Four Square plus the Foodway
superette), Boyle Village (what the shop stocks, parcel and bed prices)
and Havelock, and cites the three new sources.

The Hanmer Springs turnoff now appears in the gpx-tools resupply
datasheets, as the Nelson and Arthur's Pass turnoffs already do.
