Take Te Araroa's store kinds from te-araroa-data - #239

Bumps te-araroa-data to 31c8022, which adds <tn:store> to every resupply point (45 full, 26 limited, 10 meals-only, Lake Coleridge box-only) and rewrites the Lake Hāwea, Hanmer, Boyle and Havelock notes.
