Implements DHIS2-22110
Depends on dhis2/maps-app#3772. Safe to deploy independently either order, no regression either way.

Description
From v43+ maps store their basemap in the
basemapsfield, not the legacybasemapfield. The dashboard app only requestedbasemap, so those maps always fell back to the default basemap when shown on a dashboard.Quality checklist
