Summary
Deliver private DNS records and resolver configuration to shared regional fleets. Capacity limits preserve established contexts while reporting requests that cannot fit. Availability requires a verified path through each serving tier; separate conditions report full replication and observation health. Durable messaging retains applied access and records during delivery delays.
