Description

Change the version of JRuby support (As JRuby 9.4 relies on ruby 3.1 which is being removed from support)

Type of change

Please delete options that are not relevant.

  • Refactoring (improvements to code design or tooling that don't change behaviour)
  • Breaking change (will cause existing functionality to not
    work as expected)

Please add an entry to the relevant section of CHANGELOG.md as part of this pull request.

@djberg96 - This seems to be tripping up windows on ruby 4.0 - Are we certain the gemspec requirements are set your end for windows ruby 4.0?

Oh, sys-uname. I have it set at https://github.com/djberg96/sys-uname/blob/main/sys-uname.gemspec#L19, but maybe I never released a separate gem for Windows, let me check.

Ok, I've released sys-uname-1.5.1 which now has distinct releases, one for Windows, and the "regular" release for everyone else.
