💡 What: Optimized string manipulations in casing.rs to avoid an unnecessary vector allocation during PascalCase conversions, and changed how a single-character string is built during camelCase conversions. Added comments documenting the purpose of these changes and created a bolt.md journal entry with learnings.

🎯 Why: To improve performance and memory efficiency by skipping an intermediate heap allocation (Vec<String>) that isn't needed when we just want to collect characters into a final String representation.

📊 Impact: Reduces memory overhead and allocation time during string casing conversions. This is particularly relevant when the SDK generator runs over hundreds or thousands of operations.

🔬 Measurement: Code changes are verified to compile cleanly with no lint warnings, and all unit/integration tests pass.
