docs: show successful production caption import

PR #51 shipped the Supadata caption path, but its earlier clip showed the failure before the production key was available. This replaces that clip with the successful run on the public Nexus domain.

Watch the 25-second verification video. It is a sequence of screenshots captured during the live browser flow: preview, import progress, completion, question, and cited answer.

On https://nexus-ten-teal.vercel.app, the AG tools account imported Anthropic's latest three videos. The job completed with 3 indexed, 0 failed, and the library grew from 50 to 53 videos. A question about the newly imported molecular biology video returned an answer citing two Anthropic videos with YouTube timestamps. The same production configuration also indexed TED's latest three videos with zero failures.

The public domain was redeployed after SUPADATA_API_KEY was added to Vercel production. This PR changes only the evidence video.
