Check formatting with bun fmt instead of oxfmt - #191
bun run check and the fmt script now run Bun's formatter (bun fmt --no-script), which reads .oxfmtrc.json and checks the same 175 files with no differences. The pinned oxfmt stays installed for editors. CI already pins Bun 1.4.4, the first release with bun fmt.
Proof: bun run check exits 0. Format step: 42 ms with oxfmt, 9.6 ms with bun fmt (median of 5 runs).
evals/docs-check was not rerun: the only README change is one sentence about the contributor check command, outside the install and evaluate sections the cases grade. Waived by the maintainer's direction to roll this out.
