Write minimumReleaseAge in seconds so Bun 1.4.2 can read bunfig.toml - #206
bunfig.toml has said minimumReleaseAge = "3d" since #188. Only Bun 1.4.4 and later accept a duration string. package.json allows Bun 1.4.2 and later, and Glama's container build installs 1.4.2, so its build failed with "Invalid Bunfig: Expected number of seconds for minimumReleaseAge" and the 0.7.0 release could not be built there.
Reproduced with Bun 1.4.2: bun install with the old file exits with that error; with 259200 it runs. The value goes back to seconds (three days, unchanged). The bun-types exclusion from #188 stays. bun run check now parses bunfig.toml and fails unless the value is a number; it exits 1 on the old value and 0 on this one.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Fixed an installation failure on Bun 1.4.2 by using a compatible format for the minimum release age setting.
Improvements
Release checks now report an error if the minimum release age is not specified as a number of seconds.
The configuration sets minimumReleaseAge to 259200 seconds. The release check rejects non-numeric values, and a test verifies that it rejects the "3d" string.

Summary
Seconds-based setting and validation bunfig.toml, scripts/check-release.ts, test/release.test.ts, CHANGELOG.md
The configuration uses 259200 seconds. The release check requires a numeric value, and the test verifies that "3d" produces an error and exit status 1. The changelog records the Bun 1.4.2 compatibility change.

Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description follows the template's intent. It explains the change and the reason (Bun 1.4.2 rejects the duration string, which broke Glama's container build and the 0.7.0 release). It also gives reproduction steps and results for the new check. The template's three checklist items are not shown as ticked, and the description does not mention a CHANGELOG.md entry, even though the raw summary lists one. Those items are the only gaps, so the description is mostly complete.
Full details: Suppressions Explained
Explanation
The pull request adds no lint, type-check, or formatter suppression directive. The changed lines only update TOML, release-check logic, tests, and changelog text. No new oxlint-disable, eslint-disable, @ts-ignore, @ts-expect-error, or configuration ignore entry appears in the diff.
Full details: Interface Changes Documented
Explanation
The pull request changes only CHANGELOG.md, bunfig.toml, scripts/check-release.ts, and test/release.test.ts. The code changes update Bun configuration and release-check validation; they do not add, remove, or rename an MCP tool or argument, a swarmail command or flag, or an environment variable. The diff includes a ## Unreleased entry in CHANGELOG.md, and no required interface documentation update is triggered.
