Adds a
Glossaryartifact (## Termstable: Term | Definition) so a project authors its own concrete vocabulary. quire-rs FR-044 harvests the Term column and composes it with the module lexicon for the EARS object-aware vague-response check, so a repo's domain terms are accepted as concrete objects in its own grammar check.artifact_type + frontmatter schema + skeleton; 61 module tests pass (skeleton validates against the archetype). Part of the FR-043/044 vocab-as-data series (quire-rs PR #7).
