Normalize the Worker error before calling replace.

The Worker 'error' event accepts an any payload, but the cast does not convert that payload. After the retry limit, replace can reject pool.run() with a non-Error value. Normalize this boundary like drainQueueInline, and add a test that emits a non-Error Worker error through the final crash path.
