What this changes

Adds Russian and Dutch, the two languages Tiger Studio has that the device lacked (Studio ships eleven, the device nine).

  • i18n.cpp: a Russian and a Dutch column for every string, translated from the English and worded after Tiger Studio's own ru/nl locales. The NFC tester rows stay English in every language, as they already do. Strings are kept short enough for the 240 px panel.
  • portal_page.h, webcfg.cpp: the Wi-Fi portal page and its language codes.
  • Fonts: the face range gains Cyrillic as Russian writes it (U+0401, U+0410-U+044F, U+0451) and the six faces are regenerated with the same lv_font_conv@1.5.3 call as scripts/make-ui-font.sh. Regenerating with the old range reproduces the committed faces byte for byte, so the only change is the added glyphs.
  • README.md: the language count and list.

Both languages are appended after Chinese in enum Lang, so every language already stored in NVS keeps its index and LANG_SCHEMA does not change.

Why these two: they are the languages Tiger Studio already speaks and the device does not, so someone using both sees the same list on each. Russian also opens the device to the large maker community in Russian-speaking countries.

What you tested it on

A TigerSpool (ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-2) running firmware 1.71.0 built from this branch with pio run -e tigerspool. Every screen in both languages through /screen.bmp?preview= and by touch, the Settings list scrolled to its end, the language picker, and picking Dutch by touch. Six Russian strings that overflowed the panel were shortened after that pass and checked again.

bash scripts/verify.sh --quick passes except "generated files match their generator", which also fails on a clean main on the machine used. Not tested: the Wi-Fi portal page in a browser (the strings were added, not rendered).

Checklist

  • One concern. A rename and a behaviour change in one diff cannot be reviewed.
  • English — comments, identifiers, log messages.
  • No credentials, keys or tokens added anywhere.
  • Any hardware constant carries a comment saying what breaks without it. (n/a, no hardware constant touched)
  • Docs updated if behaviour changed. (README language count and list)
  • CHANGELOG.md updated for anything user-visible. (left to the release ritual)

Tiger Studio ships eleven languages and the TigerSpool nine. Russian and
Dutch are appended after Chinese in enum Lang, so every language already
stored in NVS keeps its index and LANG_SCHEMA does not change.

- i18n.cpp: a Russian and a Dutch column for every string, translated from
the English and worded after Tiger Studio's own ru/nl locales (spool,
nozzle, bed, brand...). The NFC tester rows stay English in every language,
as they already do. Strings kept short enough for the 240 px panel.
- portal_page.h, webcfg.cpp: the Wi-Fi portal page and its language codes.
- Fonts: the face range gains Cyrillic as Russian writes it (U+0401,
U+0410-U+044F, U+0451) and the six faces are regenerated.
- README: the language count and list.

Checked on a TigerSpool: every screen in both languages, the Settings list
scrolled to its end, and the language picker.

The device, its Wi-Fi page and the web installer now speak eleven
languages (#26, #27), and the desktop stand has assembly photos (#29).
The docs that still said nine languages, and the font range in
CLAUDE.md and the roadmap, now include Russian's Cyrillic.
