Current main omits epac_atomic_derivation and epac_b_derivation from both distributions, so exact-source replay fails before tests execute. Its installed-test verifier also hard-codes the historical release's 209 tests.
This repair includes both modules and binds acceptance to the complete current pytest inventory, successful calls, zero skips/failures/errors, and consistent JUnit counts. Regression cases reject partial, duplicate and contradictory evidence. Historical release bytes and scientific standing remain unchanged.
Usage: follow README's clean wheel/sdist replay instructions. Focused gate tests: 5 passed. Full installed replay and exact-head hosted checks remain in progress; merge requires their completion and review closure.
hmmm: current candidate qualification is separate from the immutable v0.1.0 release.
