Hi, I'm Tiago

I build tools for people who fix things: field engineers, IT admins, anyone running fleets of devices.

What I work on

  • Windows fleet tooling — PowerShell utilities for remote device management, licensing, and cleanup
  • Device fleet automation — monitoring, counters, service intelligence
  • AI agent systems — multi-agent pipelines, automation loops, and the ops discipline around them (usage tracking, provenance, honest numbers)
  • Training tools — interactive, offline-first trainers for field engineers
  • Homelab — self-hosted services, KVM VMs, and the occasional Minecraft server
