Documenter linkcheck intermittently fails on that blob even when it
returns HTTP 200; ignore it so the x86 lane-drop PR can merge.

QA JET type-stability failures look unrelated to the x86 lane drop (master QA was green on the same era). Retesting; if they persist on julia 1, happy to investigate separately from this lane-drop PR.

Holding on merging this x86 lane drop — prefer waiting for the real fix in JuliaMath/BFloat16s#127 (Disable LLVM BF16 codegen on i686) rather than removing the lane. Leaving this PR open as a fallback only.
