Reviewed the CI-matrix and schedule changes. No P0 blockers requiring code changes found; the reduced connector/product-test coverage appears intentional for this DuckLake fork. CI is still in progress with no failures reported so far.

Description
Narrow the CI test matrices to DuckLake and shared platform coverage. Remove unrelated connector suites and cloud-test steps, and use an explicit module list for the remaining platform tests.
Retain engine, client, security, fault-tolerance, S3, and Hive/Parquet coverage, including the Hive code used by DuckLake. The configured Maven matrix decreases from 56 to 14 jobs and the product-test matrix from 50 to 13 suites.
Additional context and related issues
Validation: 23 Python matrix tests passed, along with YAML parsing, embedded shell syntax, and workflow dependency/result-reporting checks. Actionlint reports only the pre-existing cache-output reference warning. Maven suites were not run locally because a Java runtime was unavailable.
