The Scripting API is available in the free version starting with DaVinci Resolve 19 (it was Studio-only only in DR 18 and earlier — an outdated assumption in the docs). Every Resolve API call used by ResolveLink is compatible with free/Studio on DR 19+.
Changes:
Updated \README.md, \docs/SETUP.md, \RELEASE.md, \RELEASE-BODY.md\ — now state DaVinci Resolve 19+ (free or Studio), removed all 'Studio required' / 'free version does not support scripting' text
\server/resolve-bridge.py: properly parse \GetVersion()\ (unpacks product as free vs Studio), added Linux module path detection (was missing on the server-side bridge), updated docstring
esolve-service.js: added Linux default \PYTHONPATH\
Works on the free version of DaVinci Resolve 19/21.
