docs: the missing mailer keys and login.default_email_domain - #156
The mailer example block gains replyTo, tls.rejectUnauthorized and templates.welcomeTemplate.subject/content (commented, with example values), followed by a table explaining each: Nodemailer default for tls (and that false turns off certificate checking — self-signed SMTP only), the Welcome to OpsiMate! default subject, and the greeting-paragraph replacement (HTML, links always kept).
One line that the welcome email goes only to the first admin, at registration.
Next to the existing secure sentence: the same no-env-variable statement for replyTo, tls and the welcome template.
A Login section documents login.default_email_domain — the key, the LOGIN_DEFAULT_EMAIL_DOMAIN variable (read in either mode), bare-name sign-in (dana → dana@company.com), the @-prefix/lower-case normalisation, and the integration owner-name completion with the link to configuration_example.
Section names kept stable for the #1315 cross-links (Email (SMTP) Configuration, Login).
Summary by CodeRabbit
Documentation
Expanded the configuration guide with optional SMTP settings for reply-to addresses, TLS certificate validation, and welcome-email content.
Clarified when welcome emails are sent and which SMTP settings lack environment-variable equivalents.
Documented how the default login email domain completes sign-in names and integration owner names, including fallback behavior.
Adds replyTo, tls.rejectUnauthorized and the welcome-template keys to
the mailer example with a table explaining each, notes the welcome
email goes only to the first admin at registration, says all four are
YAML-only, and documents login.default_email_domain (key and
LOGIN_DEFAULT_EMAIL_DOMAIN variable, bare-name sign-in).

The configuration guide now documents additional SMTP YAML settings and login email-domain completion, including environment-variable behavior and when the welcome email is sent.

A top-level `login.default_email_domain` key lets people sign in with a bare name: `dana` signs in as `dana@company.com`. A leading `@` in the value is ignored and the value is lower-cased.
```yaml
login:
default_email_domain: "company.com"
```
When the key is not in the file, the server reads `LOGIN_DEFAULT_EMAIL_DOMAIN` from the environment, in either mode (YAML or environment-only). Unset means login takes the full email only. The same domain completes a bare `owner` name sent by an integration; see [configuration_example](https://github.com/OpsiMate/OpsiMate/blob/main/configuration_example/README.md).

Add the login settings to both reference tables.
Issue #1314 requires these entries. Add login.default_email_domain to the Key reference table and LOGIN_DEFAULT_EMAIL_DOMAIN to the always-applied environment-variable table. Without them, users who consult either summary table cannot discover the login configuration.
Suggested fix
| `security.api_token` | `API_TOKEN`, else `opsimate` (defaults mode only) | Shared token for inbound webhooks. In file mode there is no fallback — set it in the file. |
+| `login.default_email_domain` | `LOGIN_DEFAULT_EMAIL_DOMAIN` | Domain appended to bare login names and integration owner names. |
| `mailer` | `enabled: false` | Email settings; see the SMTP section below. |
@@
| `METRICS_TOKEN` | Optional bearer token for the Prometheus `GET /metrics` endpoint. Unset means `/metrics` is open; set means scrapers must send `Authorization: Bearer <token>`. |
+| `LOGIN_DEFAULT_EMAIL_DOMAIN` | Fallback domain for bare login names and integration owner names when `login.default_email_domain` is absent. |
