fix(devices): drop stale battery entries and allow forgetting them - #37
Conversation
Battery entries were insert-only, so a device reported under a stale or
changed id stayed listed forever. Evict readings older than 24h, prune
stale entries outside the saved profiles on each poll, add
DELETE /v1/battery/{device_id}, and show a Remove link on stale tray rows.

ApprovabilityVerdict: Approved at Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a focused stale battery-cache fix that adds automatic pruning and a narrowly scoped manual removal action. Existing battery recording, profiles, configuration, and stored data remain unchanged, and the core behavior is covered by tests. Notes:

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Prune battery entries while the HID client is active.
If a control panel holds the HID session, the earlier continue skips this call on every poll. A stale entry with an ID outside the saved profiles then remains in the tray until the 24-hour snapshot filter hides it. Move pruning before the session check; keep native battery reads behind the check.
