Removed registration for frost_powder, frost_rod, and dragonCanteen.
Removed unused item declarations for frost_powder, frost_rod, and dragonCanteen.
Removed dragon canteen doses configuration from ModConfig.
Removed the DRAGON_CANTEEN_DOSES option from ServerOptions.
