sol is registered on the SOS bus (peers list) but has no live session — same dead-agent class as dandan (fixed 2026-04-28, 59768ff). Unlike dandan, sol was still in OPENCLAW_AGENTS, so an explicit sol-assigned task would hit route_to_remote_agent(), a fire-and-forget Redis publish with no dead-peer detection — the task would stall silently instead of failing loud. Mirrors the existing dandan reroute: NO_LIVE_EXECUTOR agents escalate to kasra via tmux instead of dispatching to a bus peer nobody's listening on. Currently low blast radius (sol's only project, trop, is itself in PAUSED_PROJECTS) but same silent-stall shape as the bug this class was already fixed for once. Found while running down why brain kept skip-looping a dnu-scope-pause synthesis task — turned out to be a decide-time dedup issue, unrelated to this. This is a real but separate gap surfaced along the way.
