Summary

• Update unisim-core from 2.2.5 to 2.3.0 in the default and ROCm profiles.
• Update the default uniray[warp] pin from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1.
• Remove the unsupported ROCm ray extra and its uniray / warp-lang lock entries.
• Regenerate both lockfiles and update the dependency-profile test.
