+The seventh beta of 0.6.8, "Your language, your Home, and Smooth", and its release candidate, replacing beta.6. If
+nothing in it breaks, the stable 0.6.8 ships this beta's app with only the version, the dated changelog and the
+roadmap changed (REL-4b, checked on the stable's bump, and REL-13). Version `0.6.8-beta.7`, versionCode 6080 like the
+betas before it, so it installs over beta.6 and 0.6.7.3 (6073).

+## What's new since beta.6

+Four small fixes taken from the 0.6.9 work, and nothing else.

+- **Arrange Like iPhone no longer crashes Folio** (#262): it closed Folio as soon as it found an app for any iPhone

+## Steps
+
+1. Merge this bump with a merge commit. It keeps the in-flight row (renamed `release-068-beta7`): no app changes
+   merge to `main` until the stable is out.
+2. Run the full checks and the scripted smoke test on the Fold8 against the merge, then tag `v0.6.8-beta.7` on it.
+3. Build and sign with `scripts/release-signed-keychain.sh`. The changelog stays `Unreleased`.
+4. Publish as a pre-release on `McCal-Codes/folio-beta` with the APK and `SHA256SUMS.txt`. In the message that carries
