Part of the M0 hygiene epic JorisJonkers-dev/estate#203. The operator retired agents-api, agents-ui and the agent runners on 2026-10-23; they had been at
replicas: 0since 2026-09-01, when Hermes replaced them. JorisJonkers-dev/fleet-infra#531 removes them from the cluster, and #89 was re-scoped to move only Hermes and the kubernetes MCP server.This adds a retirement notice at the top of the README and changes nothing else. Archiving the repository is the operator's call, so this PR does not do it. Do not merge without the operator.
