chore(hygiene): sweep fleet-infra and nix-config now their gates are gone - #41

…gone Both repos dropped their per-PR repository-hygiene workflow, so the sweep is now their only hygiene coverage. They were excluded only to avoid reporting the same finding twice while both paths existed. Leaving them excluded would have left them silently unchecked -- the failure mode this list creates, so the comment now says so.

Both repos dropped their per-PR
repository-hygiene.ymlin JorisJonkers-dev/fleet-infra#164 and JorisJonkers-dev/nix-config#28. They were on the sweep'sexclude-reposlist only to avoid double-reporting while both paths existed.Leaving them excluded would leave them silently unchecked — the sweep is now their only hygiene coverage. That failure mode is what the list creates, so the comment says so explicitly now.
Verified: the sweep ran green against 28 repos with these two excluded (29 PRs, 0 offenders). This takes it to all 30.
