Switches the Krippendorff (2011) link from the Penn repository to the copy on the Annenberg School's site, as the maintainer chose on 2026-09-28. Docs only: no code, no computed value, and no handoff change.

Why

The Penn repository copy became unreliable to reach. Across checks on 2026-09-28 it:

  • answered in 2 to 10 seconds;
  • returned a 502 once;
  • timed out the release gate's 5-second URL check twice.

So the gate failed intermittently on a link that no change had touched. CRAN's URL check at the 1.0 submission could flag it too. The Annenberg copy answered in under a second each time.

Same paper

Both copies are "Computing Krippendorff's Alpha-Reliability", dated 2011.1.25. The Penn repository gives 2011-01-25 as the date. The Annenberg copy notes that its reading list was updated on 2013.9.13. The reference keeps 2011.

Where the link changes

  • README.Rmd / README.md
  • inst/REFERENCES.bib
  • ?panel_agreement, with the \% escapes the Rd format needs. The rendered help shows the link intact.
  • vignette("expert-panel-validity"): its reference list lacked the link, and APA expects it for a manuscript retrieved online.

Verification

  • All 91 URLs resolve, and spelling is clean.
  • tools/release-gate.R on this PR's head (96bac4b), run in a detached worktree: build, smoke, and check all pass; R CMD check 0 errors, 0 warnings, and only the two expected notes. (The maintainer merged on green CI while the gate was in its smoke stage; it finished passing afterwards.)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

The Penn repository copy of Krippendorff (2011) became unreliable to
reach: across checks on 2026-09-28 it answered in 2 to 10 seconds,
returned a 502 once, and timed out the release gate's five-second URL
check twice, so the gate failed intermittently on a link no change had
touched, and CRAN's URL check at the 1.0 submission could flag it too.

At the maintainer's choice, the reference now links to the copy on the
Annenberg School's site, which answered in under a second each time. It
is the same paper, "Computing Krippendorff's Alpha-Reliability", dated
2011.1.25, with its reading list updated on 2013.9.13; the reference keeps
2011, the Penn repository's own date for it. The link changes in the
README, REFERENCES.bib, and ?panel_agreement (with the Rd escapes), and
the expert-panel vignette's reference list gains it.

Release contentvalidR 0.10.1

A documentation release. It stamps the version, release notes, citation
metadata, README, and roadmap for 0.10.1, which puts the handoff on the
front page:
- the README section "The handoff to nomologR", mirrored by nomologR's
  "The handoff from contentvalidR" (#85);
- Krippendorff (2011) linked to the Annenberg School copy (#86);
- the nomologR reader recorded as tested against 0.6.0 through 0.10.0 (#87).

No computed value changes: 25 analyses across every workflow return the
same values as v0.10.0, and no function, argument, or handoff field
changed. Released on GitHub and R-universe; CRAN keeps 0.4.0 until the
joint 1.0.
