Stamps the version, release notes, citation metadata, README, and roadmap for contentvalidR 0.10.1, a documentation release that puts the handoff on the front page.

What 0.10.1 carries

Checks

  • No computed value changes. The value battery (25 analyses across every workflow) was run from the v0.10.0 tag and from master at aed7bb9: 0 differences. No function, argument, or handoff field changed.
  • All 3,060 tests pass, and spelling is clean.
  • tools/release-gate.R on this PR's head (c22cc61), run in a detached worktree: build, smoke, and check all pass on the 0.10.1 tarball; R CMD check 0 errors, 0 warnings, and only the two expected notes.

After merge

  • Tag v0.10.1 (annotated) on the merge commit and publish the GitHub release. R-universe builds from it.
  • Deliver the 0.10.1 handoff fixtures to nomologR.
  • Not submitted to CRAN. 0.4.0 has been there since 2026-09-28, and CRAN asks for updates no more often than every one to two months.

A documentation release. It stamps the version, release notes, citation
metadata, README, and roadmap for 0.10.1, which puts the handoff on the
front page:
- the README section "The handoff to nomologR", mirrored by nomologR's
  "The handoff from contentvalidR" (#85);
- Krippendorff (2011) linked to the Annenberg School copy (#86);
- the nomologR reader recorded as tested against 0.6.0 through 0.10.0 (#87).

No computed value changes: 25 analyses across every workflow return the
same values as v0.10.0, and no function, argument, or handoff field
changed. Released on GitHub and R-universe; CRAN keeps 0.4.0 until the
joint 1.0.
