Slice A of v0.7 Deadline Center (#28). - DeadlineService builds the Deadlines page's items: dated items only from ReminderService (grouped Overdue, Today, Next 7 days counted from today, Later), undated obligations in No date, and reminders completed in the last 30 days in Done. It reads the library and never writes. - Revision items carry progress from the reviewer comments on the decision that set the deadline (addressed or not applicable count as done). A revision with no deadline is listed once, with no date. - An unsubmitted packet whose checklist has required items open is preparation work, unless the manuscript is accepted or set aside. - Every item keeps the ids of the records that own it, for Open and Postpone in slice B. - Fixed: revision deadlines now name their journal on the Reminders page and in calendar exports. Deadlines (#28) lists what needs action, grouped Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, Later, No date, and Done, with counts, kind chips, and a filter. Each row acts on the record that owns the date: Open lands on the submission (reviewer responses for a revision), Postpone and Set Deadline write the decision, submission, or reminder, Done completes a reminder, and Clear Follow-up removes only the follow-up date. The rail badge counts overdue and due-today items, the Board links to Deadlines, and Ctrl+4 opens it. RemindersForm is removed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The publication check (#61) runs only when asked, from Import & Export or a manuscript page. It looks by DOI, by a preprint's link to its published version, by title (ignoring case, punctuation, and an added subtitle), and optionally in an ORCID record, and never changes a manuscript. Each possible match offers Review Match, Mark Published, and Ignore; unreviewed ones wait under No date on Deadlines. Mark Published lists what it will change and records a normal lifecycle event. Fill Blanks previews every empty field a Crossref record can fill and never replaces a value. Schema 7 remembers matches, so ignored ones stay ignored. The Add Manuscript date picker used a fixed width that clipped the year at 150% (#76). It now fits the longest short date in the current culture plus the drop-down button, and resizes when the DPI changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
