Not merging: with html-to-image 1.11.13 the exported PNG loses the edge paths (the 'to internet' arrow keeps its label and arrowhead but the line is gone). This is the regression React Flow's download-image guide warns about for versions after 1.11.11, which is why it is pinned. Dependabot will be told to leave it alone.

Keep html-to-image at 1.11.11 (#128) (#129)

1.11.13 (#127) passed CI but its PNG export drops edge paths, the
regression React Flow's guide warns about for later versions. Tell
Dependabot to leave it alone.
