Publishes the verified CP05 Unified Respec R3 checkpoint for public testing while later CP05.1/CP06 development continues separately.

• Updates the README to the CP05 public-test state
• Adds CP05 release notes and the full QA audit
• Adds the CP05 executable checksum and updates SHA256SUMS.txt
• Preserves the existing credits and directs donations only to the original mod/resource creators
