The implementation follows secure-by-design principles for static report generation. Will br good to address the history size limit and add adversarial input tests before merge.

Before: benchmark results were available as JSON and Markdown without an HTML presentation or artifact trend view.
After: dependency-free HTML presents all eight attribution levels, per-class Lane-A verdicts, and change/escalation rates in tables with visual bars. Existing weakest-category callouts are highlighted. Optional ordered history includes revision labels, corpus counts, and qualifications explaining that corpus changes do not prove scanner improvement.
The current brief reuses Markdown text and embeds its exact source, preserving numeric strings, verdicts, UNKNOWN states, and insufficient-evidence qualifications. Metric calculation, comparison, gold fixtures, and customer reports remain unchanged.
Added regression coverage for content parity, deterministic bytes, input immutability, escaping, missing versus zero values, and artifact history. Documented offline generation. The targeted benchmark tests and the full test suite passed in the controlled runner; commands and exit codes are recorded below.
