Given the stability of this new and more physical sea level pond option, and that the results indicate total sea ice volume don't change too much in fully coupled simulations, it makes sense for this to now be the default scheme for v3.2 to start building "flight hours" for this ahead of v4. We may wish to experiment as part of v4 developments with the meltpond namelist, but not for v3.2.

Approved based on Darin's analysis. Differences in pond fraction are significant but broadband albedo changes are small and generally in the right direction. Pond seasonally appears to be more physical in the new scheme.
