ci(release): add DMC companion filter firmware to the release button - #19

firmware=companion builds every *_companion_radio_ble and *_companion_radio_wifi env from dmc-dev (one runner per board) as dmc-companion-dev (rolling) or a dmc-companion-<version> draft. The draft notes add the filter, meshcomod upgrade and Wi-Fi setup hints.
