feat(flasher): add DMC Companion Filter Firmware group - #9

List the dmc-companion-* GitHub Releases (rolling dmc-companion-dev and versioned dmc-companion-vX.Y.Z) as their own DMC maker group, dutchmeshcore_companion, next to the repeater, PacketLog and MQTT groups. - Two roles, dutchmeshcore_companion_ble and dutchmeshcore_companion_wifi, kept apart from meshcomod's companion_radio_* roles. - Version from the tag; the rolling dev tag uses the filename semver + -dev. repeaterVersion() now takes the role separator (default _repeater-, so repeater/PacketLog labels are unchanged). - ESP32 app/merged bins, nRF52 uf2/zip (zip preferred). RP2040 Wi-Fi builds ship a .bin next to the .uf2; only the uf2 is listed. Drafts are skipped. - Same logic in the generator script and the live-API fallback; the TS repeater/PacketLog builder is generalised to multi-role groups. - Flasher pins the companion group after the other DMC groups. - Tests: stable/dev versions, ble vs wifi, merged vs app, uf2/zip, RP2040, drafts/foreign tags, group isolation via fetchDmcConfig, script/TS parity.

Adds a DutchMeshCore Companion Filter Firmware group to the flasher, fed by
dmc-companion-*releases on Dutch-MeshCore/MeshCore (release button: Dutch-MeshCore/MeshCore#19, firmware: Dutch-MeshCore/MeshCore#18).scripts/update-firmware-list.js+src/utils/dutchFlasherConfig.ts(kept in sync): new companion builder with rolesdutchmeshcore_companion_ble(📻 BLE + receive filter) anddutchmeshcore_companion_wifi(📶 Wi-Fi + receive filter).
