Recover the authentic
run_controls_v1.py(6,394 bytes, SHA-256519813f0aca56dfd083449940446e8e719b37b70a3ba195d0eab7d7ae6437bcc) through the pre-existing sealed template map and its actual negative-receiver consumer. Preserve its 169+33/41-context contract; do not alias v5. All 57 owner-source occurrences and all 259 mandatory payload destinations are retained. Three gzip evidence containers are copied and hashed opaquely.The existing constructor now authenticates the joined manifest/compatibility/selection snapshot, requires exactly the referenced body-pool hashes, validates distinct proposed normal/optimized producer plans, and binds the held preparation parent and stage name before acquisition. Existing first-error, exclusive I/O, readback, quarantine and finish/abort machinery is retained.
This completes source preparation only. Original S06.03, real receiver/bootstrap admission, C07 lifetime/currentness, full C05, authentic V03 and the complete original runtime schedule remain unqualified. Every runtime/full-qualification claim remains false; proposed generations/nonces remain unissued and unreserved. Reuse PR #6587's caller/source evidence, PR #6553's corrected selection, and this PR's existing constructor. PR #6549's conditional guard remains separate. Bounded all-state/all-contributor searches for the exact binding/interface and updated C05 work found no additional applicable replacement; that is not a global novelty or code-absence claim.
Scope is refined from a held component to completed joined source preparation. No original caller/parent/domain/closure body, source cap, producer phase, native algorithm or scientific acceptance criterion is changed. Group01's three native builds remain distinct from the variant's two ordered builds; none was executed here.

One independently reviewed serial invocation exercised 22 new cases per mode, 44 observations, including one full inert preparation in normal mode and one in optimized mode. All four child attempts returned zero, with no timeout, overflow or stderr. The 17 predecessor cases remain retained evidence and were not rerun.
Both stages contain exactly 259 files, 38 directories and 20,496,867 bytes, with matching hashes/modes and successful final closure. Independent review checked 518 distinct installed file inodes, 277 exact source/cold-copy inputs, both external finalisations and the durable parent acknowledgement. Runtime-owned proposed paths remain absent. The 246-body opaque pool contains 20,351,614 bytes; deduplication never removes an installation occurrence.
