Change and mathematical scope

This self-contained package preserves one exact-source, explicitly conditional AT_RANDOM G/C/K/U producer-event argument, a canonical integer-only witness, the frozen new checker and bounded standalone reader, independent semantic controls/reviews, and the rejected initial checker plus its sole bounded repair.

G is the named kernel RNG request into the local16-byte array. C uses that same array/destination/16-byte length and immediately returns EFAULT on a nonzero residual. K comprises two ordered tag25/destination stores, allowing interruption between them. U is the separate later saved_auxv transfer if reached. Downward unsigned cursor arithmetic is modular. Applicable genuine OS/loader, normal-return RNG/copy and native Linux/GNU flat-address interface semantics remain explicit premises.

This supplies no atomic/instant/persistent memory equality, owned/nonwrapping stack span, completed auxv table, successful handoff, actual instance, whole K, full compiler-input closure or full bootstrap-control campaign claim. Pro consultation proposed a stronger handoff-memory theorem; the retained independent correction rejects adopting that theorem because later exec trace/ptrace events remain relevant. No actual tracing or corruption was observed.

Scoped source status: The conditional argument, checker, controls and result review are independently accepted for this component only. The final review was accepted at 2026-11-02T18:21:23.655470 UTC, before the fixed source deadline. The exact portable-replay card at priority revision 8 is preserved in TASK.json, with changed scope explicitly explained: this assigned producer-event prerequisite differs from the original card's environment/canonical-payload repair question and does not claim to complete that card.

The nearest source-audit lineage is PR6377, parent-supplied delivered head 2a26450dea25d7648b585befce5ed375857a8f90. This package adds the new narrowed producer-event component and full exact 24-input local replay; it does not reopen earlier closed source rounds or convert their partial/negative results into success. Parent owns final live overlap/main refresh; this local preparer did not refresh remote state.

All 24 input bodies are retained unchanged as numeric .data files with exact path/size/hash mappings. Original C/Python is inert DATA, never imported or executed. The full 308206-byte package-associated Ubuntu configuration is included with its package/source provenance and explicit limits; its local pinned hash is not a fresh comparison against publicly fetched vendor bytes, a reproducible-build result, source/binary correspondence or current-instance admission. Retained review metadata includes the current-consultation ChatGPT locator and local task-artifact paths, accurately disclosed in NOTICE.md/provenance; no stub, silent redaction or hash rebinding was used. The assistant response contains no user prompt/history or credential identified in the bounded payload review.

Validation

The independent controls owner executed the sole initial normal/optimized checker pair:40 checks per mode covering 24 event models, 5 inert source-semantic mutations, 3 numeric cases, 3 exact-type/callback controls and 5 stronger-claim refusals. The five semantic mutants reach relation reasoning beyond source-hash rejection. Raw results, literal fixtures/oracle, formal receipt and P3 review are preserved. The invalid initial checker was statically rejected and never executed; no fabricated runtime failure log is supplied.

The distinct isolated Git-free standalone reader ran normally and under -O against 24 copied single-link inputs with 0444 files/0555 directories, returning 0 with empty stderr and the exact 2617-byte witness SHA256 3bc1e7dd7d6cf17e5dd11129defe1baa05c73c90e617a0b7205af7df114e6f70. File byte/mode/inode inventories remained identical; fresh bytecode namespaces remained absent. These are file-mode observations, not a privileged read-only mount, C07 proof or actual process trace.

The package metadata check, registered normal/optimized wrapper, and Git-free read-only whole-package normal/optimized checks passed. The wrapper imports only frozen NEW reader/core code; it checks the complete inventory, 24 immutable sources and exact witness. The 40-case semantic suite was retained without redundant reruns. Commands and raw publication receipts remain outside the packet.

Standalone Git-free reproduction and fresh-cache requirements are in README.md and the retained COLD-EXPORT-v1.md. Python 3.12 standard library/POSIX reader semantics are required. No original/kernel/native-TCB/compiler/Popen target/namespace/policy/scientific execution occurred. The final 77-file package contains 1100963 raw bytes, manifest SHA256 6c3acd5c3014cd2b2a58ed8282105ddd7c8e000a1ccb3567f589fbc359806707. Independent publication cross-review SHA256 31e3542ee2785170689a83eb4d1b8d7eb95fc9195442f5a75251b77a6df7726a passed after verifying the exact 3-document archival addition and 5 metadata changes from the preserved 74-file candidate, all unchanged frozen code/inputs/witness/controls, final validation receipts and transport.

Local commit fb6343bba0db5d0abea0137cbbf496cca8cda7bd has tree f0f7f62489f76e67619de44d706a04b9c204484d and sole parent 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a; all 77 committed package files match the reviewed bytes and Git mode 100644. check_research_commit.py --package research/h25-c05-at-random-producer-events --ref HEAD --check-source-history --check-modes passed, listing only the exact base for declared guidance/card provenance. This does not claim complete scientific-source history from a local cache or repair the unrelated missing base PDF. Default staged whitespace diagnostics returned 2 solely on retained inert source/evidence; the separate authored-file check passed. No bytes were normalized.

Remote exact-head identity, hosted CI and delivery remain pending; no new hosted result is claimed here.

Full compiler-input closure and the full bootstrap-control campaign remain false. The app goal is separately paused; the current guarded attempt remains unapproved. The 94.550533479/2400 policy seconds are not physical cost. Complete CPU/wall/memory/storage/I/O/approval/publication/enclosing/final-tail costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Neither is discharged or authorized by this package. Original coverage/admission/C07/fixed-ELF/resource/funding obligations remain open.
