The semantic head 76037b8ae206ace8dab0e6622dfc9fc88c57deb3 is preserved unchanged in #156, but this PR's base branch #149 was later contaminated by an unrelated auth merge. #156 restores the intended stack on clean runner prerequisite #153 without transferring predecessor checks/reviews.
