.github's AGENTS.md carries a <!-- CWL-ENTRY --> block pointing agents at the master context, live GitHub Project, and gap snapshot before any work. naruon never had this block (it only has a naruon-specific cwl-agent-guidance section below it), so agents landing here had no equivalent pointer. Add naruon's own version, wired to naruon's real docs: docs/architecture/naruon-product-spec.md for mission/architecture, the existing docs/product-technical-gap-baseline.md gap snapshot, and a cross-repo link to .github's agent-github-project-protocol.md and product-goal-directive.md, which are genuinely org-wide and not duplicated per repo. The Figma file ID line reflects naruon's actual current state (not yet canonical on develop; ADR-0013 is still in open PR #1436) rather than the N/A placeholder that would make no sense for a repo that has UI. Remove stale provider-specific routing instructions because those decisions belong to the central workflow and contextual-orchestrator owners. Preserve the scanner evidence and warning rules while recording fail-closed release, credential, and timeout boundaries.
RED: make the repository OpenCode configuration fail if it selects GitHub Models or provider-specific model fallbacks instead of the canonical orchestrator/free logical pool. Assisted-by: OpenAI Codex Signed-off-by: Seongho Bae <me@seonghobae.me>
Replace repository-local GitHub Models selection and provider-specific fallbacks with the contextual-orchestrator gateway and logical orchestrator/free pool while preserving the existing MCP configuration. Assisted-by: OpenAI Codex Signed-off-by: Seongho Bae <me@seonghobae.me>
Format the CWL entry as a readable source checklist and add a governance regression for the product spec, Project, gap baseline, completion issue, Figma proposal, and central operating documents.\n\nAssisted-by: OpenAI Codex <codex@openai.com>

Preserve the concurrent generated 4.3.2/Vitest repair, remove AGENTS/CLAUDE writes from the dependency lane, and port the older js-yaml owner's useful workspace/lock/ESLint-consumer assertions into the protected-base security stack. This keeps one source owner without dropping the prior contract.
Preserve the repository-entry AGENTS/test delta while ordinary-adopting #1623's js-yaml 4.3.2 and Vitest 4.1.11 security head. No dependency files move into this documentation prerequisite.

Preserve the repository-entry two-file delta as first-parent history while adopting #1623's current Vitest lock-presence security contract. Signed-off-by: Seongho Bae <me@seonghobae.me>
Preserve the five-file central-config consumer delta as first-parent history while adopting #1549's current Naruon governance ancestry. Central workflow/runtime source remains owned by ContextualWisdomLab/.github. Signed-off-by: Seongho Bae <me@seonghobae.me>

Temporary owner-preserving integration only. Merge current #1625 (
7bfc7cae...) intodocs/loop-goal-block-disciplineso #1643 does not revert active AGENTS/CLAUDE LLM/review-consumer authority. No independent product scope; after merge #1643 will be retargeted to #1625 and revalidated.
