Current #1408 head 84c4767ef92baa64c1adb80c34729f5b3c888381 changes the same three paths as canonical Draft #1367 exact 1f620b2b4aac9d3a46239aee53719f017c789875:

Every valid #1408 product requirement is already carried more strongly by #1367: the native #file input is removed from the accessibility tree and tab order, a visible native button.primary-action owns the accessible interaction, and one button click delegates exactly once to the browser file input.

The #1367 regression parses the exact input/button elements and executes the production click bridge under Node. #1408 only searches the whole HTML for attribute strings, so unrelated elements could satisfy it, and its journal test can skip. #1367 also records a 2026 journal date rather than #1408's erroneous 2024-10-07.

Fresh verification on canonical #1367 exact head: tests/test_dashboard_core.py 20/20 passed, git diff --check clean, worktree clean. #1367 remains Draft because its current-head approval and executable hosted gates are still incomplete; this carryover finding does not promote or merge it.

Therefore #1408 has no valid unique delta after verified complete carryover into the existing canonical writer. Closing only this duplicate PR preserves all valid product/test/documentation intent without creating a second writer. No branch deletion, force update, merge, or gate bypass is performed.
